1. Pre-Order/Group Buy Orders

When placing a pre-order with RAE, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, such as your shipping address and billing details. By completing your order, you confirm that the provided information is correct and accept responsibility for keeping it current.

RAE is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or other issues caused by outdated or incorrect information and is under no obligation to verify or update your contact or shipping details.

2. Price and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. Accepted payment methods include:

1. Bank Transfers (for Malaysia-based customers only) - upon request.

2. Credit/Debit Card Payments via Stripe (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard).

The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, or other government-imposed charges. These are the buyer's sole responsibility.

Shipping costs for pre-order and group buy items will be calculated at chekout.

3. Order Priority

Products will be manufactured and shipped based on the order in which pre-orders are received. Please note that this does not guarantee a specific serial number or production rank for your order.

4. Delivery Schedule

While RAE aims to deliver products promptly, you acknowledge that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. RAE does not guarantee shipping by any specific date.

RAE will not be held responsible for damages or inconveniences caused by delays. Furthermore, no discounts, refunds, or credits will be provided due to shipping delays unless explicitly stated in these terms. Delivery updates will be shared when available.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

All pre-orders are final, and cancellations or exchanges are not allowed after an order is submitted and paid for. Once confirmed, pre-orders are considered sold.

If RAE cancels your order for any reason, a refund will be issued, minus non-refundable fees associated with the transaction. Refunds will not include interest.

6. Limitation of Liability

RAE is not liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from these terms or your order. Should RAE be held liable for any reason, the buyer's sole remedy will be a full refund of the purchase price without interest.

7. Customer Information

RAE will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your data.

8. Amendments to Terms

RAE reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
