Shipping Policy

Domestic and International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for more information. Domestic shipping is free for orders above MYR 150.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless stated otherwise. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. This processing time does not apply to pre-order items.

In periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone (within Malaysia).

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International: We primarily use DHL Express for shipments, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days, excluding customs processing.
Singapore: We use Aramex and DHL Express.
Domestic: Shipping is free for local orders above MYR 150.

If you find DHL Express's shipping rates not satisfactory to your needs, please contact us to seek alternative shipping methods.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RAE is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

RAE is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
