At RAE, we take pride in crafting premium mechanical keyboards that blend refined artistry and engineering excellence. Every product undergoes stringent quality assurance to ensure it meets our high standards, with particular focus on the exterior finish and overall craftsmanship.

Quality Assurance

When you purchase a keyboard from RAE, you can expect:

1. Pristine External Finish: No visible blemishes, scuffs, or marks beyond reasonable limits.
2. Smooth Anodization: Minor anodization hook marks may appear on internal surfaces, depending on the design, but external anodisation will remain pristine.
3. Precision Machining: No tooling marks, machining defects, or pitting on external surfaces.
4. Functional Excellence: Assembled boards will be free from operational or visual defects.

For products sold under a condition other than standard A-stock (e.g., A minus-stock), minor imperfections may exist. Such as internal or external defects limited to small, pen-tip-sized marks, depending on the material.

For products sold in the condition of B-stock (RAE products that are new and not in pristine condition but are fully functional and are often offered at a reduced price), external imperfections and aesthetic defects such as blemishes and/or scratches may be present.

All B-stock sale items are considered final and non-refundable.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive an item that does not meet our standards or was incorrectly sent, we sincerely apologise and are committed to resolving the issue.

Steps to Request an Exchange or Refund:

1. Capture clear photographs of the affected area and contact us via the RAE contact form or email us at support@raecreations.co.
2. We will evaluate your claim and offer an exchange or refund for defective items.
3. Refunds will only be processed if replacement stock is unavailable.
   
   

Conditions for Refunds/ Exchanges:

• Items must be in their original condition as received, with no signs of use or modification.
• Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
  
  

Important Notes:

• Refunds or exchanges will not be entertained for a change of mind on limited group buy or in-stock items. All sales under these formats are final.
• Open group buys can be cancelled within the group buy period only. Shopify and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout.
• Orders cancelled due to violations of stated policies will also forfeit Shopify and payment processing fees.
