RAE × GEON - ktechs - Divinikey

We’re excited to announce that RAE has formed key fulfilment partnerships with three trusted vendors to better serve our community around thew world:

• GEON will operate as our fulfilment partner for Korea
• Divinikey will handle fulfilment for North America
• ktechs will support fulfilment across Southeast Asia (excluding Malaysia)

RAE will continue to personally fulfil all orders within Malaysia and the rest of the world. 

This marks an important step forward for us. While we remain fully responsible for QC, design, communication, customer support, and all the creative work behind RAE, each of these partners have earned a strong reputation for their experience, reliability, and care, and we’re genuinely thrilled to be working with them.

Having gone through the process of packing and shipping our earlier runs ourselves, we understand just how much effort goes into this final stage. With the support of our fulfilment partners, we’re now better equipped to handle future raffles and group buys more efficiently. This allows us to bring our creations to you in a smoother, more reliable manner, without compromising the care and attention we put into every detail.

We’re truly hopeful that this will mark a noticeable improvement in how we deliver future RAE projects.
